Dr. Sonia Sethi is Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.
She is an Indian Administrative Service Officer with three decades of experience in Urban Governance and Infrastructure Development.
An Oxford University alumni, she has a Doctorate in Infrastructure Finance.
