Biography
Seong-Ik OH works as a director of Spatial Information Promotion Division at Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, where he deals with digital twin. He earned a Ph.D. from School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University. He co-authored "Big Picture 2017 : 4th Industrial Revolution and Irony of Isolationism."
