Sameh Wahba is the Global Director for the World Bank’s Urban, Disaster Risk Management, Resilience and Land Global Practice. He has over 25 years’ experience in urban development, infrastructure and sustainable development. Prior to the World Bank, he worked at the Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies and the Harvard Center for Urban Development Studies. He holds a Ph.D. and Masters’ in urban planning from Harvard University.
