Paolo Gerli is a Lecturer of Digital Innovation and a Senior Research Associate at the Urban Innovation Policy Lab of Edinburgh Napier University. His research investigates the governance of digital transformations, with a focus on smart places, bottom-up approaches to digital innovations and policies for digital inclusion.
