Biography

Dr. Kosny has a long history of engagement in strategic planning and politics in Canada, and leadership in local government capacity-building projects in South Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Most recently, he has been speaking about Smart Cities, leadership and governance to municipal leaders in Lima, Algiers, Prague, and Krakow.
