Michelle James graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Economics & Finance. She has been in the wireless industry for over 20 years and specializes in marketing, branding, and building member communities. Since 2018, Michelle has been leading program development at CTIA and driving new services serving the wireless industry.
