Biography

Michael Dunaway is program lead for the Global Community Technology Challenge (GCTC), a Smart City program in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Doctorate in Systems Engineering from George Washington University.
