Biography

Leo Huberts is policy officer in the Unit Innovation & Research and urban mobility of DG MOVE. In his Commission career of more than 20 years, he has worked in the areas of road transport, road safety, Galileo, Trans-European Networks, air traffic management and currently urban mobility.
