Biography

Jacob Byamukama is a registered engineer with over 26 years’ experience, holds a BScEng (Makerere, Kampala) and MScEng (Leeds, UK). Jacob has been with KCCA for over 10 years now and is currently the acting Director Engineering and Technical Services.
