Clarence Anthony is the CEO and Executive Director of the National League of Cities, the largest and oldest organization representing America's cities, towns and villages and their leaders. He previously served as the mayor of South Bay, Florida, for 24 years and as Interim Manager for United Cities and Local Governments.
