How to lead urban digital innovation to responsibly create public value is the central question to be addressed at the workshop. Participants will discuss competency-related challenges and issues faced in delivering smart city projects. They will be exposed to a novel Competency Framework (DC2 CF) designed to equip city leaders with the competencies they need to develop city-scale digital innovation projects.
