Digital technologies influence change at a fast pace in society, and might have harmful impact on individuals and communities. Against this backdrop, cities need enhanced models of governance to ensure digital rights are protected. During this session, the CC4DR, UN-Habitat&partners will explain the Digital Rights Governance Project, which precisely aims at expand city capacity to lead digital trasnformation strategies towards the common good.
